A thorough move in cleaning gives new lessees peace of mind knowing that their new living space has been scrubbed and disinfected from top to bottom. We always recommend performing a move in clean a new contract is signed. This ensures that every inch of the room gets the attention that it needs.
What We Do
- Property manager or owner will make sure utilities necessary for cleaning are working (i.e. water, electricity etc.)
- Cleaning company will be provided with all necessary security codes, fobs or access keys prior to start of work
- Cleaning will be performed to a maximum height of 12 ft. above floor
- All hard floor surfaces are assumed to be properly sealed so cleaning can be performed without causing damage
- When needed, safety cones or barriers will be used to limit access to area being serviced
- Upon completion, all equipment, signs and used supplies will be removed from building
- Upon completion, building will be secured per instruction
